Terms & Conditions
BMC GUARANTEE SATIFACTION
For any reason you are not satisfied with our products, simply return the item with proof of purchase and we’ll replace it or give you credit to your account for your next purchase.
- All products has to be in good conditions, it’s original package, and return with 30 days from purchased.
RETURNS
BMC will refund actual shipping costs from UPS label or postage on damaged merchandise or mistakes made by us. All products can not be excessively used in some cases there will be 15% restocking fees.
Sorry, all return needs to have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by our service department by calling us or by fax.
BACKORDERS
When there are backorders, we will contact you in advance for your approval before shipping. All backorders will be shipped UPS Ground Shipping or First Class Mail only.
